I first used Wayco Services a few years ago - they were recommended by a close relative to repair some termite damage. They did a wonderful job and did it quickly. Most recently, my whole house had flood damage due to Hurricane Harvey. They went above and beyond what was expected to restore my house to as good as, or better than it was. They pay careful attention to details, and are courteous and professional, honest and trustworthy. When Wayne tells you something will be done, you can take it to the bank - his word is solid gold. Vicki is great with designs and color selections. I could not be more pleased. They don't just do good work, they are also good people.

I own a rent house and it recently flooded when the hot water heater overflowed. We had water damage in two rooms. I called Vicki and Wayne they came out the next day with dehumidifiers, fans and started drying out the rooms. I haven't gotten a hard bid from them so I was a little worried, but after talking to Wayne he made me feel more at ease.

I was desperate to find a handyman that I could trust and who would not just throw the job together and run with my money. Finding Wayne & Vicki was a Blessing. They are honest, trustworthy, and hardworking and the BEST CONTRACTORS I have ever dealt with. You can bet that whatever you need done, they can do it better than anyone else. Remember you get exactly what you pay for; pay cheap and you will have someone like Wayne coming in to rescue you from that disastrous repair job that someone ripped you off from. Hire Wayne and you will only have to pay once for a job well done and the peace of mind that he will do it like his own home. Wayne has done many projects for me from repairing dry wall, repairing/adding covered extension on house, fencing and gates. No one will ever work at my house except Wayne; he's always looking out for my best interest. I love these guys, and oh by the way, my list of honey do's just keeps getting longer not shorter, he's that good.

Did a super job on my home! They were meticulous in their work and didn't just slap stuff together. They were so careful about the details - you cannot see the seams where they put the wood together. They really went the extra mile and I was extremely happy with the work they did. I would definitely hire them again.

We had a little problem getting together with my time schedule. But once we had a bid and we were
ready to go. They came out at about 12:00 and were gone in a few hours. The post were wrapped with
new hardy plank and painted everything was cleaned up they were gone. I would use them again in the future, and actually have several things that I want done.
I just wanted to let you know I was given a cage that worked out perfectly. So I won’t be needing you services at the moment but believe me I always come up with projects. I'm saving your email address for the next Idea I come up with and will shoot it your way. Wayne and Vicki of Wayco Services originally came to my house to give me a bid. I was very impressed with the price and after getting a few more bids, I hired Wayco Services. They met me at Home Depot so I could buy the new shower stall and sink that I wanted (they came so we could be sure they would fit.) The following Friday they came to my house and started the projects. I was very pleased that the first thing they did was lay some heavy duty paper on the floor so the carpet would not get soiled. They immediately started tearing out the old shower and replacing it with the new one I had purchased. They then proceeded to replace the vanity sink. The following day they completed the shower install and started working on the replacement boards on the outside of the house as well as the new set of stairs for my back door.
They did a terrific job on all the projects! They were very professional, very easy going and easy to talk to. They had some good ideas of their own which I hadn't thought of. I will definitely use them again!!

Wayne and Vicki did a terrific job and I was completely satisfied with everything that they did. They removed an old shower stall and installed the new one. They built new stairs for my back door. They removed the old wood from my house and replaced it with the hardy plank per my request. They also removed an old vanity sink and replaced it with the new one I had purchased.

My wife, Mary, and I bought a three-year-old manufactured home sitting on a private lot in the forest in Humble Texas the last week of June of this year.
Overall the house appeared to be in great shape, but after living in it for a month, we found a few little things we wanted repaired. The first contractor we found in Craigslist started with staining the back porch, which showed wear. Although he was a hard worker, his ability was lacking. Wayne was the second contractor we hired and his working ability was proved excellent. There had been a leak by an exhaust vent in the ceiling that required cutting out a piece of sheetrock, replacing it, then spackling and repainting it. Making a repair like this is very difficult but Wayne did an excellent job. I have a few more projects I will be using Wayne to do as soon as I have the materials located. I would recommend him to anyone, including my own family.
We were very pleased with the work that was done to our porch. They are very honest and pleasant people to work with. Very good work ethics and very knowledge on the job at task.
